What's it like to work for us?

Morgan Gresens

Morgan Gresens,

Vice President, Marketing & Customer Experience

"I started in 2015 as a marketing associate, then took on the marketing coordinator role supporting both E-Z-GO and Arctic Cat. I was promoted to Marketing Manager in 2017 and Director, Marketing in 2019. What helped my success was I asked my peers a lot of questions and always listened, I kept the objectives of the business at the forefront of everything I did and finally, I always respected the people I work with."

Mariquis Edwards

Mariquis Edwards,

Prior Stints in Engineering to Global Commodity Manager to Sourcing Engineer

"I would say everyday in my current role as a Global Commodity Manager is my greatest accomplishment so far. I started at TSV on what was supposed to be a 3-month contract assignment as an electrical engineer, but through determination and stepping out of my comfort zone a few times, it's turned into 10 years and now I'm in a totally different role making decisions that impact company performance on a daily basis."
